**Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join a fast growing fintech business. The HR Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of human resources function

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Talent Acquisition & Retention - manage the cycle as per company practices and country legislation.
- Employee Relations - provide guidance & support to employees & managers on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Employee Wellbeing - administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. Employee records - maintain accurate employee records & ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- HR Practices - develop & implement HR policies and procedures, including employee handbooks, code of conduct, and other relevant documents.
- Partner with management to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
- HR Regulations - Stay up-to-date on changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and external partners.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
