**Job Title**: Account Manager / Director - Either Retail Accounts / Warehouse T/L

Based UK

**Overview**:
Takes ownership of assigned end-user account(s) or territory; develop and execute sales strategy for assigned account(s) - These are Retail Accounts or Warehouse T/L Accounts

Need to develop strong relationships with key customer contacts;
Will be given product training

Create and deliver high impact sales presentations and capable of product training; often used for those with strong technical background but limited sales experience or strong sales with limited product/market understanding.

Develop and execute sales strategies ; proactively sell solutions encompassing a wide range of products or services; leverage relationships with other business units and/or external partners to deliver solutions;
Develop strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers;
Initiate and lead customer communication and drive value proposition creation.

**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager/ Director with extensive retail experience or Warehouse T/L to drive strategic accounts.

In this role, you will
- Develop sales strategies with a higher level of financial responsibility
- Manage sales and support resources directly or indirectly; you will be responsible for revenue, margins and departmental expenses
- Help develop technical solutions and services strategies, often crossing multiple businesses
- Conduct root cause analysis and improve long term profitability
- Lead problem resolution, identify appropriate resources, mitigate future risks
- Create and deliver high-impact sales presentations
- Develop strong relationships with partners and industry influencers

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors or equivalent experience;
- Solution sales experience AIDC/Auto ID / Mobility
- Experience with strategic accounts preferred
- Extensive Retail industry knowledge required
- Extensive years of applicable work experience
- High-level presentation skills
- Fluent English
- Any additional spoken language is an advantage
