Beechwood Financial Services is a professional firm of Independent Financial Advisers based
in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. We provide financial advice to a broad range of clients
regarding their Pensions, Savings, Investments and Retirement Planning. We are currently looking to recruit a Financial Services Administrator to join our busy but friendly administration team.

The role is varied but will include preparing valuations, maintaining and updating records,
liaising with pension and investment providers, meeting and greeting clients in the office as

skills, possess good attention to detail, and a high standard of basic numeracy. The ability to
work as part of a team and a willingness and enthusiasm to learn new skills, are equally as
important. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as good general IT skills is essential. Previous office administration experience would be an advantage, although full
training will be provided.

The role is based in our Welwyn Garden City office (AL8 6NS).
Office hours are Monday - Friday 9.00 - 5.30 with 1 hour for lunch, although we would consider part time hours.
