Well-known NFP organisation is hiring for a Marketing Analyst.

**THE ROLE**:
The Marketing Analyst will have the following responsibilities:

- Using an evidence-based approach, you will work with colleagues and the wider organisation to make a link between the desired outcome, the offer, and the content so you can make recommendations for improvement.
- Be responsible for the continuous optimisation of National Trust marketing programmes to increase supporter awareness and advocacy.
- You'll seek to optimise communications by using in-depth analysis of campaign performance and audience insight to form hypotheses for testing.
- Planning and setting up of new direct marketing campaigns and journeys.
- Understand supporters and select the appropriate audiences for the marketing communication journeys.
- Using a range of technical tools and different datasets, you will drive the adoption of predictive and prescriptive modelling techniques to deliver marketing communications.

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:
The Marketing Analyst will ideally have the following skills and experiences. All are not needed, but the more the better:

- Experience in database tools, ideally SQL.
- Experience in Marketing Technology tools, ideally SalesForce Marketing Cloud, but flexible.
- A background in direct, digital or other interactive marketing disciplines
- Marketing analytics skills combined with an ability to visualise data and present it in a client-friendly way
- Excellent ability to assimilate information from disparate sources to draw compelling insight, along with the ability to make clear recommendations
- Ability to influence and support senior decision makers with data and analysis using an evidence-based approach
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex logical issues to a business audience who may have little analytical or statistical background
