We're after someone to join our Member Marketing Communication team as a Database Marketing Senior Analyst. As part of our Database Marketing team you'll be pivotal to the success of our member 1-2-1 communications, by building working closely with our Planning,Creative and Performance team who create our marketing content, design our products and services, analyse our data and look after our members.

You'll work in a close-knit team as well as alongside our Targeting and Planning team, Comms team and some of our 3rd party suppliers. We'll need you to be able to interpret data requests, pull the data together and deliver targeted campaigns that benefitour members. You'll be using our campaign selection tool Unica to do this.

As a Senior Analyst, you'll be providing expertise and able to check campaigns built by others, as well as help develop existing Analysts in the team.

Some of your big challenges in the first six months will include getting up to speed with our data, potentially learning our campaign tool Unica, understanding the governance and controls we have in place.

**About you** We're looking for someone with the following skills, experience and knowledge:

- Critical thinking: you can quickly impact assess data requirements and work with stakeholders to find effective solutions.
- Proficient in data manipulation and working with large volumes of data, using tools such as SQL or SAS. Expert user of Excel.
- Good knowledge of the financial services industry and familiarity with financial regulation, ideally from a marketing data role
