We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Basingstoke. As the IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level support to our internal customers, resolving and escalatingall IT issues reported to the IT Manager and global teams.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, able to work independently or within a team, and possesses a positive attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile to resolve issues.
You will have a minimum of**2 to 3 years** of experience in an internal infrastructure support role, with knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016 and 365 being advantageous. Experience with mobile devices (IOS & Android), software deployment methodology,and ITIL processes are also highly desirable.
As the IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults, as well as providing support for the client PLM roll-out and continuing to support the client's core business. You will work closely with the TechnicalIT Manager to support and deliver company-wide solutions.
