**Location: Wigan**

**Hours: 35 hours per week (10am - 6pm)**

**Salary: £17,290**

**The job**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer focused individuals to join our central services team.

The role will encompass answering incoming calls, identifying client’s individual needs, identifying the correct area of law and logging all new enquiries onto the system and then directing calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.

**You**:
To be successful for this role previous experience of customer service is essential.

Telephony experience would be beneficial but not essential.
