**Are you a natural at Customer Service and would LOVE the opportunity to work within an NHS organisation? We are looking for Customer Service applicants who are bubbly, confident, great communicators and flexible with their hours to join the team for one of our NHS clients in Wigan.**

**Supporting the NHS is such a rewarding position with many opportunities to learn new skills and develop your knowledge.**

**We are extremely keen to speak to applicants who are drivers and flexible to work across a rota. Shifts run from Monday to Sunday with hours of 8am to 2pm or 2pm to 8pm during the week, and 8am to 4pm on a weekend day. You MUST be able to cover any of these shifts over any 5 days in the week up to a maximum of 30 hours.**

**Full training and support will be given, and with a salary of £9.50p/h this is a fantastic opportunity to use your Customer Service experience and gain exposure to work with the NHS.**

**What will you be doing as an NHS Call Handler?**
- Working across 3 areas of the business to give you variety in your role. You will be trained on all areas to support the covid vaccination appointments, out of hours services and triage support
- Using your great listening skills to identify patients’ needs and accessing their information on the NHS database
- Working on patient lists to contact them regarding Covid vaccination appointments
- Supporting GP practices with patient appointments outside of the GP hours - you will have the opportunity to assess patient’s symptoms and book them appointments to be seen out of hours
- Using your great communication skills to triage the patient and go through a series of questions to identify if the patient needs an appointment.
- Offering support and advice to all patients in need

**We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience**:

- A great multi - tasker, able to work confidently on a computer, keyboard, and headset
- An excellent communicator
- Previous experience of working in a Call Centre or Inbound Call Handling role
- You have a great personality, fantastic listening skills, have a bubbly and caring nature
- Flexible and committed to working on a rota shift pattern spread over 7 days
