Senior Product Development Manager required for my client based near Slough for a permanent role paying **£60k plus £8k** car allowance

You will be responsible for managing all activities within the Product Development functions, delivering against the Product Strategy and Roadmap, across multiple product work-streams.

You will also be responsible for contributing to innovate and maximise new and developing product opportunities, by collaborating within the Product Development Team, key account management, technology, marketing, sales, and operational departments to deliverin line with the strategic product roadmap.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and support the Product Development Managers in the delivery of the product solution in line with the product roadmap.
- Responsible for ensuring the team structure and processes exist to identify and maximise USP’s in order to build compelling products, collateral and propositions.
- Act as the critical functional link between senior management peers in the commercial, operational and the technology delivery pillars.
- Work with the product development and sales & marketing teams to approve the initial stage of any business case and value proposition for developments built into products and services through customer insight.
- Approve business requirements created by the relevant Product Development Manager that articulate product development.
- Work within defined development processes including, multi work-stream road mapping, product enhancements, product planning, prioritisation and delivery.
- Manage the Product Development team to ensure all stakeholders are engaged and updated on product process and progress.
- Responsible for ensuring that the Product Development Director is versed on product development planning and progress across work-streams.
- Contribute to the vision and planning of the Product Roadmap
- Works closely with the product development and marketing and sales teams to ensure that product development content and timescales are aligned to feed into lead, sales and marketing strategies.
- Deployed into significant tenders alongside sales teams to assist with building winning propositions, retenders and cross selling products to existing customers.

**Skills / Experience required**:
Proven experience in building, managing and motivating a diverse team

Experience of developing winning proposals in a variety of formats and create customised, profitable pricing structures in response to the customer’s requirements.

Strong influencing & negotiation skills with the ability to influence others through the results of data analysis and interpretation
