The Role

We are seeking a
Senior Product Manager
to lead the evolution of our APIs, which enable customers, partners, and developers to access and scale with our content and services.

You will own the
strategy, roadmap, and execution for API onboarding and provisioning
, ensuring a seamless developer experience. This role requires strong product expertise, technical fluency, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, commercial, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle for API onboarding, provisioning, and access management.
  • Define strategy and roadmap for developer-facing tools, documentation, and self-service capabilities.
  • Identify friction points in developer workflows and implement automation solutions.
  • Track and analyze key metrics such as time-to-first-call, activation rates, and API adoption.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent and impactful solutions.

About You

  • Proven experience in building complex products in travel technology, marketplace, or platform environments.
  • Strong understanding of
    API design, onboarding, authentication, and provisioning workflows
    .
  • Ability to enhance developer experience and reduce time-to-value.
  • Technical fluency for effective collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with
    AI-native automation
    ,
    API observability
    , and
    LLM-based tools
    .
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into clear business narratives.
