Adecyn Homes is a family orientated organisation, who initially started off as foster carers in 2004. During a decade of fostering, we have seen faults in the existing care system where the wellbeing of children and young people was not prioritised.

We are embarking on a significant period of small growth in line with our ambitious plans for our staff and young people where it is our commitment to supporting our amazing children and young people with their own needs, desires and dreams to reach their own goals.

You will work closely with the Directors and Operational Manager where the role requires a focus on recruitment with the ability to advise on basic HR queries.

**_Please note
- our head office is currently based in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham but will be moving to Wolverhampton in 2022. This is not a remote working role._**

The role would entail the following:

- Being involved in the whole lifecycle of recruitment, including liaising with managers, posting adverts and arranging interviews.
- Providing HR advice as the first point of contact and having an input in decisions made.
- Responding to high volume queries and case management, being responsible for personal time management and allocating time correctly.

You will need a real eye for detail and quality - understanding that our absolute commitment to the Safeguarding of our children and young people is our top priority. You will need to be able to demonstrate understanding of the regulatory environment we work in and the demands that our commitment to Safer Recruitment requirements in line with the OFSTED guidelines.

What we’re looking for..
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Recruiter - as an in-house, agency recruiter or similar, ideally within clinical recruitment, nurses
- Proven track record with all contemporary attraction and recruitment techniques and practice.
- Hands on experience with all selection processes (phone screening, face to face interviewing, reference checking and DBS processes etc.)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems and excellent Excel, analytical and reporting skills.
- Articulate, proactive and professional
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making, negotiation and influencing skills
- Clean Full Driving Licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
