**Job description**:
We have a new and exciting opportunity to join our human resources department as a **Human Resources Advisor**. This is an office-based role within our Central Office in **Codsall**, Wolverhampton.

The role will involve all aspects of human resources including, supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Advising on policies and procedures. Recruitment and retention and maintaining employment records.

**Applicants must hold a UK Driving Licence**

**The role will include: -**
- Providing HR support and advice to employees and line managers, assisting with the interpretation of HR policies and procedures
- Issuing contracts, referencing and coordination of new starter training and compliance
- Producing robust induction plans for new starters
- Logging sickness and supporting the return-to-work process whilst monitoring absence triggers
- Supporting with the full employee lifecycle
- Preparing and maintaining employee records
- Supporting TUPE transfers in and out of the organisation
- Recruitment and retention of staff.
- HR reporting

**You will need: -**
- Previous experience in HR
- A desire to learn and develop within HR.
- Confidence in speaking to colleagues at all levels
- Organised with an outstanding ability to prioritise
- Calm under pressure & can work under your own initiative
- A strong written & verbal communicator with an eye for detail & excellent interpersonal skills

**We offer: -**
- Salary: Between £27,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent upon experience)
- Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
- 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
- A day off for your birthday*
