Are you immediately available and looking to make an impact in a growing business? C4S are looking for a Resourcer to support with hiring incredible talent into our team to support our growth plans. We will consider someone on a temporary, contract or permanentbasis and ideally full-time but we would consider 4 days per week.

**Your World**

If you love connecting, talking to, and getting to know people, we need to talk Our Resourcer will support with sourcing and screening potential talent for C4S’ successful, award-winning teams to meet the growth targets set by the business. You will befully trained on our business goals, our ways of working and our systems and then use innovative methods to find and attract recruitment talent in the local and national market.

You will be passionate about achieving your goals to ensure that the business is also on track for success. Additionally, you will enjoy the challenge of taking our business offering out to market and attracting the very best talent for our teams.

**Opportunities**
- As our Resourcer, you will develop, manage, and maintain relationships with recruiters in the local and national market to attract talent to C4S and grow our teams.
- Build a network and market knowledge to identify key potential hires that will best benefit C4S in the long-term.
- Communicate your activities and opportunities to the senior leadership team.
- Be a true ambassador for C4S in the market and utilise all social and in-person channels to attract talent.
- Assist with the organisation of recruitment events, including graduate hiring sessions.

**Likely, you’ll have this and more**
- Proven experience in either recruitment, HR, customer service, administration, sales, business development, or similar.
- A desire to have autonomy in your role and a drive to work to internal targets.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resilience and the courage to learn and improve throughout your role.
