**Your future plans**

This position is a temporary maternity cover for one year taking over the following responsibilities:

- Getting the greatest talents on board: Manage & coordinate full-lifecycle recruiting processes for all our business areas, from junior to senior hires
- Actively source talent: As you know where the best talent is found, active sourcing is your daily routine
- Internal & External relationship management: Be it with agencies or internal stakeholders - you are keen to develop strong relationships and effectively communicate at all levels of the recruiting process
- Ensure recruiting records, global database, and metrics are up to date and accurate
- Actively steer recruitment projects such as e.g. hiring manager training

**Your powerful skills**
- Min. 3 years recruiting experience preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent (English) verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
- Strong level of self-drive and ‘can do’ attitude as well as ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Desire to continuously improve and challenge the status quo
- Flexibility & openness for travel, particularly around peak recruiting season and planning weeks
- Proficiency in various Windows programmes, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Advantageous, but not a must
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors
