**Working at the heart of digital transformation** a role is available for a Service Delivery Manager to lead a team and be accountable for the strategic development and delivery of key legal technology platforms. The business has established a track record for driving excellence within service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities of the Service Delivery Manager**:

- Day to day management of a Legal Technology centre of excellence with a focus on both people management and delivery
- Accountable for the ongoing strategic development and delivery of a key client facing technology solution whin the Collaboration & Portals centre of excellence
- Oversee and lead strategic projects, raising the profile of the team on a global scale
- Manage the ongoing delivery, pipeline and maintenance of specific technology solutions
- Proactively identify opportunities to add strategic value, including pitches and proposals to enhance the likelihood of the firm winning future work
- Oversee and have responsibility for driving the awareness and adoption of the technology solutions ensuring they becomes embedded firm-wide

- Strong line management experience with a focus on service excellence
- Technical excellence and client understanding, ability to general future work
- Ability to delegate, motivate and coach junior team members
- Ability to influence key senior stakeholders and drive change
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to manage very senior stakeholders
