Client Relationship Assistant Hybrid Working with 2 days in Preston, Lancashire. We are currently seeking a Client Relationship Assistant to support the Client Relationship Manager in offering first-class service to our varied client base. The post holder will assist in managing a range client interactions; including meetings, reports, events and communications. Person specification: - Experience working of providing account management support is desirable - Understanding of LPPA Operations and knowledge of how this translates into performance metrics and client reporting is desirable - Excels at building effective working relationships with peers - Strong administration skills including organisation, adaptability and communication - Passionate about delivering first-class customer service to all of LPPA clients - Has the ability to adapt to changing priorities and adapt to the current business requirements - Demonstrates teamwork, time management and strong customer service - Has a positive “can do” attitude and is resilient - Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral - Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands - Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Key Responsibilities: - Create and develop strong working relationships as appropriate with client contacts - Support with the creation, review and issuing of monthly and quarterly client reports - Co-ordinate and organise client meetings and events - Prepare client meeting agenda and minute taking with follow up actions - Awareness of the key regulatory changes affecting clients, their employers and members - Work closely with LPPA colleagues (operations, finance, communications and engagement, risk and compliance, systems and IT), project managers and senior management, to gain an expert understanding of LPPA operations whilst ensuring that clients are kept up to date with important projects and BAU activities - Develop strong working relationships with internal teams and staff at all levels - Ad-hoc activity as required to support the Client Relationship Manager - Support Client Relationship Manager to create and maintain contact lists for all clients and develop this over time with appropriate CRM tools - Provide professional support to the Client Relationship Manager to drive increase in satisfaction from LPPA clients - Assist Client Relationship Manager with client reporting and communications The Benefits: - Circa £22,000 per annum depending on experience - 25 days’ holiday, plus Bank Holidays and additional concessionary days, with the ability to purchase additional leave - Access to an excellent pension scheme with generous employer contributions - Employee assistance programme - Employee referral scheme - 37 hour working week, with flexibility in working pattern - Access to our bespoke Reward Discount Scheme, "Your Perk Site
