This is a career enhancing opportunity for you to form part of the management team within our Ernest Jones store located in Preston. Reporting into the Store Manager, you will help drive and inspire our wonderful team to provide exceptional customer service.
Likely to be already a successful Supervisor or Assistant Manager, you’ll be passionate about your profession and truly understand how our customers feel about jewellery and our amazing products. You’ll be able to demonstrate to us where have collaborated withyour colleagues to create success delivering amazing customer experiences and financial results.
- An excellent track record of successfully achieving KPI's.
- Experience of holding accountability for managing the commercial performance of the store.
- Experience of leading store teams in the absence of a Manager.
- An ability to inspire, coach and develop your team to maximise potential and performance.
- Role model who consistently delivers amazing customer experiences.
- Passion for our products and ability to put yourself in our customers shoes.
