**The Company:
My Client is private equity backed, global financial services training organisation servicing the world’s largest financial institutions from Investment Banks through to private banks and asset managers. Operating from locations across the globe, my clienthas a world class reputation and is a leader in the field of financial training. Due to continued success over several years, the business has grown exponentially and is now on the lookout for an experienced Global Director of Demand Generation.

**The Global Director of Demand Generation Responsibilities:
Sitting on the Leadership team and working very closely with the global commercial sales function, you will be reporting directly into the Global Commercial Director, This role will see the Global Director of Demand Generation have full responsibility forsetting the Global Marketing strategy for the entire business; ensuring it’s aligned with the overall strategic goals of the organization whilst directing and managing the full execution through a growing marketing team. Key areas of responsibility will be:

- Creating and evolving a global marketing and communication strategy specially aligned around Account Based Marketing in order to help the business win new market share.
- Full ownership of the go to market planning, campaign strategies and real-time measurements specifically focused on demand generation, lead generation and new client acquisitions.
- Acquiring and managing all inbound and outbound demand generation channels.
- Full responsibility for global budget management and all reporting on ROI.
- Full team management of Senior direct reports including a Head of Marketing and a Business Development Director, you will have the responsibility of ensuring set KPI’s and targets are achieved across the globe.
- Help recruit and grow the marketing and BDD team across the globe.
- Mentor, coach and develop members of the team.

**The Global Director of Demand Generation Requirements:
**The Remuneration:
For this role, my client is offering a competitive salary of £80K-100K with a bonus of up to 25% of basic salary. The selected individual will also receive exceptional benefits expected of a market leader.
