We have an opening at our Business Support Centre for an experienced Multi Site HR Adviser to join our People team.

The key purpose of this role is to provide a full advisory and support service covering the whole range of employment and employee relation matters to The Fremantle Trust.

You will support the HR Business Partners and Senior Management in the implementation of key people management/HR processes within designated business areas (e.g. Performance Management, Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, Succession Planning, Compensation and Benefits, Policies and Procedures and Employment Legislation).

- Experience of working in a multi-site organisation.
- Full driving licence and flexibility to travel to visit our Homes and Services as required
- Excellent communication skills, both face to face and telephone with the ability to communicate, persuade and influence at all levels both internally and externally.
- Excellent organisation skills and proven ability to work to tight deadlines
- Analytical/attention to detail
- Up to date knowledge of employment law practices.
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and a strong understanding of HR systems and associated reporting.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders
- Demonstrable creative problem-solving skills
- Experience of working with computerised personnel records (such as ResourceLink).
- A satisfactory DBS disclosure at the enhanced level is required.
