**An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contract Administrator to join our growing team**
**Based at our Head Office in Bronte Country we are offering a salary of £22,000-£26,000 per annum + benefits, including Pension, Life Assurance, Health Cash Plan, Optional Private Medical Insurance and free on-site parking. Full-time, 37.5 hrs per week.**
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic team member to join a busy, thriving business in an office environment as part of the sales department.
**About the Role**:
As Contracts Administrator at FSS, you will be on the front line, for contract renewals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Our core business is to perform inspections mandated by the Environment Agency on diesel storage tanks, pipework, and delivery systems. You will then be required to produce quotations to maintain repeat business for inspections. You will be an addition to an existing team of three reporting directly to the Head of Sales.
**Briefly, the role will involve**:
- Quoting of renewal contracts to retain repeat business
- Meet KPI targets
- Close the sale
- Send reports to the client and manage our internal job system including attaching the associated documents
- You will assist in maintaining up-to-date data for the sales team in our CRM and job systems
- Follow up and monitor quotation/contract renewal status with customers
- Support the Sales Account Managers when required
- Navigate and update our customers’ job portal systems.
- A proven track record of building good relationships at all levels.
- Numerate and accurate with exceptional attention to detail
- Good influencing skills.

- Strong administrative, time management, and organisation skills
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office including; Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Industry knowledge is desirable but not essential
