As a Junior Import Ocean Clerk, you will play a vital role in managing import operations and ensuring efficient customs processes.

If you possess good operational knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

Main duties:
- Undertaking training in all aspects of Import operations including submission of customs entries
- To undergo training to achieve job start-to-finish to include quoting, liaising with third-party contractors, keeping customers updated of shipment status, Customs clearances, logging purchase accruals and raising sales invoices in a timely manner
- Review and process invoice and other documentation
- Arrange collections & deliveries of imported consignments
- Assist Management when required & cover for colleagues in their absence
