**Junior Digital Marketing Executive

**£18k - £23k DOE + Benefits - Norfolk and part remote**

With clients in various industries across the UK you will be helping deliver strategic marketing campaigns based on their wider business objectives. Working on both technical and on-site optimisation works, you will using your analytical and strategic approachto manage and execute key works. Creating a streamlined digital marketing process you will work with clients to develop a bespoke marketing plan with the aim of building brand awareness, driving online sales, improving customer relations and ensuring overallbusiness success. By reviewing performance using a range of analytical tools you will help further optimise their presence.

**The Role**
- You will be working for a diverse range of clients in both the B2B and B2C spheres.
- Use a range of SEO best practice techniques to aid growth for your client, including on-site optimisation.
- Collaborate with the digital team to ensure agreed targets and deadlines are met in line with the company’s policies and procedures.
- Utilising analytical data to measure success and provide valuable recommendations to improve the client's SEO performance.
- Have a solid understanding of the various digital marketing channels.
- Aptitude and attitude to learning.
- Be familiar with Internet technology (search engines, social networks, admin systems, etc).
- Have an analytical mind and able to draw logical conclusions from data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of websites (design and function).
- Be competent with the use of basic office software.

**Salary: £18k - £23k**

**Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday - with flexible working available**

- **25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, increasing with long service. Other benefits include: quarterly profit-based bonus, personal training & development, onsite gym.**

**Location**: Norfolk and part remote

**Commute**: Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire
