Robert Walters are delighted to be supporting our client, a world leading company based in Hatfield, on the recruitment of an exciting newly created Senior Finance Manager Role focused on Supply Chain and Logistics.

This Senior Finance Manager role, based in Hatfield with hybrid working, is ideal for an experienced senior finance professional who has good knowledge of the supply chain and/or logistics sector with experience of increasing efficiency, proactively challengingcurrent financial/operational processes and leading the implementation of a cost reduction strategy.

**The Role**:
The Senior Finance Manager will be a trusted business partner for the Operations Director, embedded within the Operations team and will:

- Help to identify areas for increased efficiency, proactively challenging current financial/operational processes and lead the implementation of a cost reduction strategy
- Analyse and interpret results across Service Delivery and logistics identifying trends to enable the business to make informed strategic decisions collaboratively
- Provide robust challenge to all CapEx requests for live sites, coordinating with the Head of Operations ahead of taking to Capital Expenditure Group for sign-off
- Be responsible for monthly CapEx cash-flow forecasting, including coordinating inputs (from both internal & external sources), providing outputs to the Treasury team and presenting to Capital Expenditure Group
- Oversee the cost recharge process, ensuring recharges are fully understood and appropriately challenged in line with agreed SLA's

**Profile**:
We are looking for an experienced senior finance professional who ideally has good experience in the supply chain and or logistics sector with experience of increasing efficiency, proactively challenging current financial/operational processes and leadingthe implementation of a cost reduction strategy.

**On Offer**:
A highly competitive package of circa £80-,000 - £85,000 base salary, plus bonus and benefits including hybrid working.
