**Senior Project Manager - (System Integration/Implementation)**

Modis are currently working in partnership with a global technical service provider to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager with proven experience of successfully delivering system/service integrations and implementations of high value.

**Please note the client we are recruiting for are an enterprise organisation with multiple offices UK wide. On offer is remote/hybrid working with the ability to travel to a local office.**

**The Role**

As a Senior Project Manager you will ideally be familiar with middleware software and service integration implementations with some knowledge of ERPs such as SAP, REMEDY, Salesforce or ServiceNow.

**The Responsibilities**
- Mobilise and lead elements of multi-disciplinary major service development / change projects for the wider business.
- Work collaboratively across the business to ensure projects deliver the outcomes defined in each business case
- Define and drive best practice and consistent delivery of service in all locations
- Actively manage project management resource to define and execute against plans
- Thoroughly manage the Financials and accurately follow up cost at the detail level
- Actively manage Quality, Dependencies, Key Risks and Issues
- Deliver smooth service implementation through development of relationships, operational enablement and incubation.
- Manage remediation of delivery issues for a change - when it does not meet expected outcomes during incubation
- Liaison with all operational delivery organisations in developing the service

**The Requirements**
- Proven successful delivery of high values service/systems integrations and implementations.
- Experience of managing large scale budgets and high value £MM projects.
- Able to multi-task across different teams.
- Able to articulate progress and work closely with C level stakeholders.
- Experience of end-to-end delivery of service development / change projects including people, tools, processes and adoption, working collaboratively with the accountable owners of each aspect.
