**About Us**

**About the role**

Our Platform Implementation team focuses on the full programme management life cycle of the implementation of our highly automated, multi-million pound Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFCs) across the world. From pre-deal, to the design, construction, installation and testing and finally the 'go-live' phases. This team is instrumental in ensuring we deliver CFCs on time, to budget and to the specific requirements of each partner client across the world.

We're now looking for a Senior Realisation Engineer to take responsibility for the project management and delivery of all engineering aspects of a new CFC. This position acts as a central conduit between multiple teams, ensuring programmes are completed to a high standard and remaining accountable to ensure full support until sites reach 'go-live'. The Senior Realisation Engineer understands and is hands-on with the engineering detail, but also project manages and provides technical and people leadership across their assigned CFC projects.

The position is based at our Head Office in Hatfield, but travel within the UK/internationally may be required. We're also happy to talk flexible working with you.

**About you**

We're looking for individuals that have extensive experience leading complex, large scale, technical projects within manufacturing, engineering or automation with the ability to effectively plan, track and manage multiple projects simultaneously. We also require experience leading/mentoring teams, strong internal/external stakeholder management skills, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced matrix-style environment and a problem-solving and continuous improvement approach.
