This is an office-based role.

**The Role**:

- To work closely with our sales team, assisting in the day-to-day administration of our UK and export business.
- Consulting with customers daily to request card payment details and keep them updated on the status of their orders.
- Contact clients to provide or obtain missing information and to answer general queries.
- Complete regular updates on multiple sales portals with new product uploads, photos, descriptions etc.
- Assisting in packing and shipping product samples to key retailers.
- Regularly completing customer specific product sheets with product information and photos.
- Help with the organisation of both domestic and foreign trade shows where some domestic and international travel may be involved.

**Skills Required**:

- The drive and determination to progress very quickly.
- Excellent planning and organisation.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work with others in a team environment.
- Comfortable working under pressure while completing multiple tasks.
- Strong people skills to help develop close working relationships at all levels with both colleagues and customers.
- Must be numerate with first-hand experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular).

**Hours**:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
