**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage day-to-day Sales office operations including the preparatio of Production Orders, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain and organise electronic and paper files, ensuring all documents are easily accessible.
- Utilise software such as Word, Excel, Sage, and Outlook to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Assist with sales administration tasks, including processing customer orders, preparing production orders and managing customer inquiries. Assist both the Technical, Sales and Production Managers.
- Communicate effectively with all team members

**Skills**
- Very strong numeracy skills required for preparing internal Production Orders
- Proficient in computerised systems, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Accounting software, and Outlook.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Experience in sales administration is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
