HE Global is looking for an enthusiastic Business Apprentice with a keen interest in starting a career in the Business industry to join their thriving company. This is an exciting opportunity to get your first taste of working within the Business sector and a chance to learn about how the Business industry operates.
**Primary Role**
In your new role you will be learning and developing practical skills as well as delivering presentations. You should be well-organized, flexible, and willing to assist wherever possible. You should focus on helping an organisation to run effectively and profitably and can encompass a range of functions.
As an Apprentice, you will use the support on offer to maximise the benefits to your professional development. You will have the opportunity to participate in a supportive environment to develop the behaviours, knowledge and professional skills required of the role and the team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Providing office support including customer and employee support
- Greet visitors at reception.
- Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
- Keeping computer databases up to date
- Using spreadsheets to track expenses and company spending.
- Collecting and inputting company data
- Type letters, reports and other business documents
- Scheduling appointments and events
- Participating in office meetings and taking meeting minutes
- Make travel arrangements for staff.
- Making and receiving calls
- Liaising with colleagues in the UK and overseas office, and with consultants and departments.
**Highly Desirable**
You should be ready to take up challenge and a strong commitment to learn about Business administration. Office based around London in different locations, should be flexible for commuting.
**Essential for role**
- Knowledge of MS office,
- keyboard skills
- politeness and friendliness.
- You must also have the right to live and work in the UK.
- You should be above 19 years old or above.
**Entry Requirement**
- You’ll need to attend an online Teams screening interview with our Talent Team (don’t worry, we’re a friendly bunch) and pass initial assessments in Maths and English.
- You will need to be within a commutable distance to the office location.

You need to meet the requirements of the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship programme you will need to spend 6 hours a week of your time undertaking off-the-job learning, which will include:
- Formal training, including online learning and internal learning events.
- 1-2-1s with your coach and line manager
- Observing and shadowing colleagues
- Writing up learning reflections for your portfolio
