Sales Support Administrator

**The Role**:

- Working with the sales team to compose bespoke, accurate and informative proposals to fulfil client’s project-based requirements.
- Reverting proposals in a timely fashion to the sales team.
- Liaising closely with the internal Operations and Project Support team to provide commercially accurate proposals to clients.
- Assisting with the training of new staff on the company’s pricing matrix.
- Tracking leads generated from the Technimove website and sending out to the sales team accordingly.
- Conversing with visitors to the website via chatbot and providing assistance if required.
- Reporting weekly to management.

**Skills and experience needed for Sales Support Administrator**:

- Proven experience in a environment is preferable, but not essential.
- Proven experience in an administrative role supporting multiple people
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent attention to detail
- High level of customer service
- Organised with a “can-do” attitude
- Ability to build good internal and external relationships.
- Ability to use initiative.

**Salary**:
£26,000 gross per annum + bonus scheme.

**Working Hours**:
8:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday.

**Location**:
This role is based from our Croydon office (CR0 4WD), with the expectation for you to visit the sales team in the London City (EC3R) office once per week. There is the possibility of hybrid working post probation period.
