We are excited to announce new opportunities for machine operators within our production team These permanent roles, following a successful 6-month probation period, offer hands-on experience in a dynamic, shop-floor environment. Key responsibilities include operating machinery such as edge banders (single and double-sided), beam saws, dowel insertion machines, and more. This is a great opportunity to gain experience working with advanced production equipment. Under the guidance of our skilled Supervisors and Team Leaders, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards. We are committed to workplace safety, emphasising the importance of equipment operation protocols and adherence to company procedures. Together, we strive to deliver a "Right First Time" product, while maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace. Join us in creating furniture that transforms homes and exceeds customer expectations Essentials Skill - Manufacturing Machine Experience. - Experience of working within a fast-moving production background - Good communication skills. - Ability to work on your own as well as part of a Team. The working hours are Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm and Friday 7am to 10.30am however, overtime will be needed to comply with business needs. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £12 per hour / £23,400.00 per year with the potential to earn £12.98 per hour / £25,309 per annum **Benefits**: - Additional leave - Company pension - Employee discount - Free parking - 32 days annual leave (including bank holidays) Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Overtime **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From £23,400.00 per year **Benefits**: - Additional leave - Company pension - Employee discount - Free parking - On-site parking Work Location: In person Reference ID: MO01
