**About the role**:
This is an exciting time to join us as we transition to a new HR system. Reporting to the Business Support Manager you will be responsible for triaging our colleagues to the right solution; that might be providing advice over the phone, managing cases through our case management system, changing details in our HR System, or even working on business change projects. This is a rewarding and varied role, our tasks will range from Reward, Payroll queries, Redundancy, TUPE, HR Policies, Learning and performance So if you have previous experience of working in an HR Shared Services team together with a sound awareness of HR policies then this could be the role for you

**Working Hours**: Full time, 35 hours per week Monday to Friday.

**Induction & Training**: You'll receive a comprehensive onsite induction and full training to set you up for success in your new role with lots of support along the way.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Providing advice and help to our colleagues who call the People Services Team
- Managing a portfolio of cases that come through via our case management system
- Taking ownership and prioritising tasks especially during peak periods
- Ensuring data is correct and maintained in HR systems
- Storing employee documentation in our portal
- Working to SLAs and ensuring KPIs are achieved
- Providing HR support and advice to colleagues and line managers for:

- Reward
- Payroll queries
- Redundancy / TUPE
- HR Policies
- Employee documentation maintenance
- Internal hires
- HR System
- Case Management System
- Learning
- Performance including appraisal and talent reviews

**About you**:
**What we’re looking for**:

- Experience of working in an HR Shared Services team is essential together with a sound awareness of HR policies.
- Understands and demonstrates importance of Data Protection and its associated risks.
- Computer literate with experience of MS Office and HR systems.
- Stakeholder Management experience.
- Confident in answering calls and responding to customers.
- Attention to detail, quality, pace and precision.
- CIPD qualification would be advantageous.
- Working knowledge of employment law and the use of case management systems would be desirable.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
