**About the Role**:
As our Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients embarking on their dental journey. Your role will be integral in ensuring that each individual feels understood, informed, and cared for at every step. You will work closely with our clinicians to coordinate complex treatment plans, focusing particularly on dental implant and restorative cases.

This role combines clinical understanding with commercial awareness, requiring a professional who is confident, warm, and highly organised.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth consultations with patients to discuss treatment options, timelines, and associated costs
- Present comprehensive treatment plans with clarity and empathy
- Serve as the liaison between patients and clinicians, ensuring exceptional communication and a seamless patient experience
- Follow up on enquiries and consultations to support case acceptance and maintain conversion rates
- Coordinate scheduling for multi-phase treatment plans
- Manage patient records, consent forms, and financial agreements with accuracy
- Promote patient education and build trust throughout the treatment process
- Support marketing and patient acquisition strategies where appropriate

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years' experience as a Treatment Coordinator** in a **private dental setting** (implant experience highly desirable)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills — able to instill confidence and put patients at ease
- Strong knowledge of treatment workflows, especially relating to dental implants and full-mouth rehabilitation
- Commercially aware, with a strong track record of supporting treatment plan conversion
- Organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Competent with dental software systems and comfortable with digital communication tools
- Professional, polished appearance and demeanour
