*Responsibilities*
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding their treatment plans and appointments.
- Coordinate with dental or medical staff to ensure that all patient information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for treatment sessions efficiently.
- Assist patients in understanding their treatment options and financial responsibilities.
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations.
- Follow up with patients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with insurance providers to verify coverage and facilitate claims processing.
- Support the office team in administrative tasks as required, contributing to a positive work environment.

*Requirements*
- Proven experience in an office setting, preferably within a healthcare or dental environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficient in using office software and managing electronic health records (EHR).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- A compassionate approach towards patients, ensuring their comfort throughout the treatment process.

**Russian language is an advantage.**

**Salary depending on experience.**

Pay: £12.49-£13.00 per hour
