We're looking for a professional, proactive and patient-focused Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator who is also a GDC-registered Dental Nurse.
This is a dynamic role that blends patient care, treatment coordination and clinical support — perfect for someone who thrives in a high-end, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities & What We're Looking For:
- A true team player — supportive, adaptable and collaborative
- Flexible with working hours and able to travel between our sister branch when needed to cover staff
- Confident communicator with exceptional customer service skills
- Experience with SOE (Exact) software preferred
- Strong background in reception, TCO and dental nursing
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Calm under pressure, well-presented, and client-focused
Requirements & What You'll Do:
- Lead treatment coordination — manage leads, filling up the diary, and conversions.
- Handle finance applications, payment plans, and patient communication and journey.
- Support clinical procedures when required (restorative, cosmetic, implant, ortho, perio, etc.)
- Deliver outstanding patient care before, during and after treatment
- Maintain infection control and assist with day-to-day clinical operations.
- Manage practitioners' diaries and ensure smooth clinic flow
- Contribute ideas and support your team — because we succeed together
