BI Analyst

**What you'll get up to as a BI Analyst
Due to promotion, we are looking for a new BI Analyst to join our dynamic Analytics team. You will have a set of clear objectives aiming to maximise insights from available data sources supported by use of mainstream and up-to-date tools such as Azure andMS SQL Databases, Power BI and Office 365.

You will be working closely with multiple departments in Animal Friends such as Pricing, Product, Marketing, Claims (to name a few) to firstly, understand their performance and then secondly drive change using agile project management techniques, based onthe insights you have gathered from working closely with our established BI team and your own data analysis.

**What we look for in you
- Degree in numerical discipline or wide-ranging work-based experience
- Experience and broad knowledge in data analysis
- Experience in developing BI reporting solutions in Power BI
- Skilled in using SQL and advanced experience of Excel
- Passionate about learning new technologies and skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
