**ABOUT THE JOB**

**Job Purpose**

The QA Lead is responsible for leading and evolving the quality assurance strategy for JustPark's engineering department. As we continue our rapid growth, this role offers significant opportunity for expansion of responsibilities and scope. The position involves strategic oversight of QA processes, hands-on leadership of the team (with 5 direct reports), and ensuring high-quality output in all engineering projects, with potential to shape and scale the entire QA function as the organization grows.

**Key Result Areas**
- Shape and help lead the QA strategy across multiple locations, with the opportunity to build and scale the function internationally
- Balance strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in critical technical decisions and implementations
- Build, mentor, and grow the QA team, with the opportunity to establish new teams across different locations
- Design and implement scalable QA processes that can grow with the organization, from initial setup to mature operations
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge QA practices and tools, with autonomy to experiment and implement new approaches
- Establish quality standards that can scale across multiple products and markets
- Build and maintain key relationships across the organization, influencing product quality at all levels
- Develop and oversee quality governance frameworks that can scale with organizational growth
- Own and evolve JustPark's automation testing strategy, working directly with engineering leads on implementation

- Strong technical background with hands-on QA expertise, capable of both strategic planning and practical implementation
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly, with enthusiasm for taking on increasing responsibility
- Ability to see the big picture while managing day-to-day operations, with experience in planning for scale
- Expert knowledge of QA best practices and processes, with proven ability to implement at scale
