**About the role**:
disguise is looking for an experienced QA Lead to mentor members of the QA team. The successful applicant will empower the QA team, have 2-5 direct reports and guide them on their career development and work collaboratively with stakeholders to report on and advocate for quality improvements.

**What you will do**:

- Lead and mentor a group of people within the QA team
- Conduct regular one to ones guiding development
- Facilitate training and knowledge sharing opportunities
- Assist in the day-to-day testing efforts
- Work closely with support, software, hardware, and project management teams to identify and raise risks, requirements, and communicate test coverage
- Define and implement test strategies and test plans
- Provide constructive feedback
- Influence prioritisation decisions
- Assist in recruitment

**Experience we are looking for**:

- Experience leading a QA team OR mentoring junior QA
- d3 or a content creation platform such as Unreal Engine, unity, notch OR hardware experience
- Experience working collaborating with other departments
- Experience in identifying and improving pipelines and processes to improve quality
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues and communicating these issues
- Experience raising reports and feeding back to leads
