We’re looking for a skilled and motivated **Repairs Supervisor** to oversee our responsive maintenance services across social housing properties in Croydon. If you have solid experience in managing day-to-day repairs, voids, and planned works, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

?? **Your Role Will Include**:

- Leading a team of operatives to deliver high-quality repairs and void property refurbishments.
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a professional standard.
- Tracking performance, quality, and adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Communicating effectively with tenants, housing teams, and external contractors to resolve issues and maintain service excellence.
- Assisting with scheduling, resource allocation, and progress reporting.

?? **What We’re Looking For**:

- SSSTS certification (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) - a must-have.
- Proven experience in social housing maintenance, including reactive repairs and voids.
- Strong understanding of multiple trades - kitchens, bathrooms, electrical, and general building.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- A full UK driving licence.
