We’re looking for an imaginative **Content Creator**, brimming with fresh ideas to deliver original, engaging video and photography content for our brands - Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Suzuki cars, Ducati motorcycles, Breeze Campers, Breeze Fleet Solutions and VWFS Rent-a-Car.

You’ll be part of a close-knit marketing team based at our Head office in **Poole**, although this role will require frequent travel between our sites in Poole, Ferndown, Southampton and Portsmouth.

**Package**:

- £27,000 pa (depending on experience)
- Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm (occasional weekend and evenings for events as required)
- 37.5 hours
- Working alongside our Marketing Executives and Marketing Manager to translate key business messages into content ideas
- Creating a variety of content from graphics and photography, to engaging video that tells cohesive brand stories across all marketing channels
- Editing of both stills and videos, ensuring the content is fit for purpose and adapted to the relevant channel
- Working with influencers and external creators to produce content aligned with business goals
- Supporting departments across the Group with recruitment, training and business update videos
- Attending and supporting at company events

**We’re Looking For**:

- Creativity is king so whether you have a relevant degree or are entirely self-taught, it’s your skills behind a camera that count
- You will need to be equally happy shooting on a phone, Go-Pro or DSLR, depending on the content required and the location/situation
- You’ll be confident in developing and tailoring imagery for different platforms, with an understanding of social media trends and how to capitalise on them
- Proficient in design and editing software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and Canva
- Excellent attention to detail
- A passion for automotive, both 4 and 2 wheels
- A self-starter who can manage varying workloads and projects, and meet tight deadlines
- A real team player and excellent communicator
- A full driving licence is essential, with the ability and willingness to drive different cars and vans
- A Full Category A motorcycle licence (or working towards) would be beneficial but not essential
