**About the role**

We are seeking a Senior Digital Content Officer (social media and community engagement) to join our busy Brand, Marketing and Future Students team.

You will be responsible for the management of the University’s official social media strategy and channels, providing relevant information to target audiences. You will deliver an engaging insight into the life of the University, our community of staff and students, and our courses while securing high levels of engagement. This role will involve working with a variety of stakeholders to encourage contribution of their activities and stories to create a window into the life of AUB, acting as an ambassador and coach for social media best practice across the community.

The role will lead a team of student Casual Content Creators, who will create content for the channels. Ensuring work is delivered on time and in line with the social media policy.

Additionally, the role will analyse data and provide regular reports on social media engagement and activity, demonstrating the results to stakeholders within the university. The postholder will be agile and use this analysis to inform changes to plans - ensuring that posts are appropriate and engaging, showcasing the best of AUB.
