**Position**:Weekend Day Concierge

**Location**:Snowhill Wharf B4 6LS

**Working Hours**:Saturday and Sunday 0700-1900

**Salary**:£12,000 per annum

**Development Details**:
This role will be based at a luxury residential development located in Birmingham. The development contains 420 residential apartments and benefits from an on-site gym, residents lounge and cinema. The development is a short walk from Birmingham’s Snow Hill train station.

**Key Responsibilities and Requirements**:
As a Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

- Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
- Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
- Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
- Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
- Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors. Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
