Development Details This role will be based at an exclusive residential development based in Birmingham, B1. The development consists of 350 residential apartments across 3 blocks. The development benefits from a courtyard, meeting rooms, car par and onsite gym. The successful candidate would do some lone working. Key Responsibilities And Requirements As a Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will: Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team. Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others. Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development. Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
