M&BG Ltd are looking for a part-time Concierge / Caretaker.

Location - B18 6DH

Hours - 16:00 - 19:00 (15 Hours per week - Monday to Friday)

The Concierge ensures the overall concierge service is covered to the highest of standards. They play a key customer facing role, both as regards meeting and greeting visitors and operating the front desl, taking messages and handling requests.

**We require the successful applicant to possess the below.**
- Computer skills essential
- Possess effective written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours as needed
- Must be able to handle multiple priorities
- Experience handling telephones and/or in a customer service position
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to make responsible choices and decisions
- Ability to react calmly in emergency situations and be considerate

Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£10.50 per hour

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sutton Coldfield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
