Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, managing void properties and tenancy terminations, and driving service improvements. You'll also play a key role in performance management, while working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to enhance customer satisfaction and community safety.
