About this Role:
We are looking for an experienced Concierge to join a scheme based in Birmingham, for our prestigious location. This close knit team are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working, professional concierge who is able to join the site and hit the ground running

Some Responsibilities and Goals you’ll own:
You will be responsible for the following on your shifts:
Morning
- Do a complete walk of the block to check for any security breaches or any issues to be reported to Managing Agent
- Do paper-work deliveries
- Deal with contractors and cleaners, and parking
- Receive Deliveries, sign in packages and Call Apartments to inform them of deliveries (for those not in put a package slip in their postbox)
- Deal with visitors Parking
- Deal with answering all phone and phone enquiries

Afternoon
- Deal with key issue and receiving.
- Deal with telephone enquiries
- Camera watching for car park.
- Deal with parking for residents and Visitors.
- Booking appointments like gym meeting Room etc.
- Check all is secure and lock up.

Evenings
- Do a complete walk of the block to check for any security breaches or any issues to be reported to Managing Agent
- Any of the above as required

Must Have Skills:
You will be a well spoken and highly presentable concierge who is an excellent communicator, problem solver, and empathetic who can build lasting relationships with customers and efficiently attend to any enquiries.

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk / Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Security: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day shift (preferred)
- Night shift (preferred)
- Overnight shift (preferred)

Work Location: One location

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 60 per week
