If so, we have an opportunity for a **Regional Account Coordinator** to join our **Sales Team**

The **Impact **you will have in this role is:

- Work closely with the Field Sales Team and customers to manage daily activity, including order input, communicating stock shortages, and advising delivery dates.
- Processing orders with the warehouse and ensure delivery dates are met.
- Completion of customer product matrix and ordering of accessories, hangers, labels for processing.
- Maintain customer profiles on internal system.
- Maintain seasonals trade agreements and ensure all price changes in season are updated, recorded, and communicated.
- Attend customer presentations either in house or off site at customers premises. Take notes and actions from the presentations and action accordingly.
- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts in the Regatta Group logistics division.
- Work closely with logistics to ensure the processing/rectifications are completed to a high standard and within required timescales.
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and able to juggle conflicting deadlines and priorities.
- Communicating with internal and external customers via telephone using the Horizon telecommunication system.
- Self-management of time and workload
- Ownership of prioritising workload
- Building strong relationships both internally and externally
- Reinforce and act as an ambassador for the Regatta Company Values
- Maintain meaningful Personal Development Plan
- Take steps to constantly refresh understanding of best practice and knowledge of business performance
