If so, we have an opportunity for an Assistant Marketing Manager to join our Craghoppers Marketing team
The
Impact
you will have in this role is:
- Arrange and attend brand photoshoots in a production capacity
- Cover all administration elements of the shoot, contracts, invoices, call sheet etc.
- Oversee e-comm photography, from organising to delivery
- Oversee the storage of all imagery ensuring it is delivered to the necessary parties on time
- Lead contact with the studio
- Ensure consistency of creative approach and brand message across all communications
- Responsible for the management of the budget for this area, ensuring working cost effectively and seeking out opportunities for efficiencies
- Maximise opportunities with wholesale accounts
- Share seasonal assets and ensure brand pages and asset usage is up to date and inline with brand guidelines
- Coordinate key marketing events such as Product launch & Kendal Mountain Festival
- Lead contact for events but utilising the team to deliver the event
- Main contact for DofE Partnership
- Manage and support the team, monitor workload and deadlines
- Continue to develop knowledge of product range, product technologies, market knowledge and Craghoppers competitors.
- Create and maintain Risk Assessments for marketing activities

As our future
Assistant Marketing Manager
you will have:
- Degree or equivalent qualifications in marketing or related field
- 5 years minimum working in a marketing role
- 1 year experience of team management
- Experience creating design and print briefs
- Experience in budget management
- Confident user of Microsoft office applications
- Experience of working with is beneficial but not essential
