**Best Western Carlton Hotel** is looking for a casual **Guest Services Assistant** to join our team in Blackpool and help out in busy periods Perfect for someone who is outgoing, understands excellent customer service, is great at multi-tasking and can be flexible with shift availability.

You'll be working in **the** **restaurant and bar** as needed, and we'll make sure you're trained to deliver great customer service in all areas. In return, we offer a wage of up to **£12.21 per hour.**

**The role**
- Serving in the bar and restaurant
- Taking food orders
- Occasional food preparation
- Delivering consistently great customer service
- Working a mix of early and late shifts, midweek and weekends

**Who we're looking for**
We're looking for an honest, reliable team player with a year or more's **experience in a restaurant**. As the role will involve some work behind the bar, we do kindly ask that only those **aged 18 or above**apply. We need someone who can be flexible with their shift availability, and who can do both midweek and weekends, early and late shifts.
