**Role: Front of House**

**Location: Newton Hall - Walterz Entertainment Hub**

**Hours of Work**:Friday & Saturday evenings.
Various, days and hours including weekend working required. Additional hours over bank holidays & high season.

**Salary**:£11.45 per hour

This position provides a friendly and efficient service within the **HUB** at **Walterz Entertainment Complex**, taking and dispensing drink and food orders accurately (could involve alcohol), use of our in-house booking system, cash handling.
**Training will be provided. Must be 18+ due to order taking and serving of alcohol.**

**What we need from you**:

- To follow all hygiene regulations in food and drink preparation areas.
- Table service, bar service and general cleaning duties
- To provide excellent customer service at all times.
- To address any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner and to notify Management of all customer complaints.
- To take drinks orders, dispense and serve as required.

**Skills, experience and qualities you will need**:

- Previous experience in a club/bar environment is preferred
- Must be 18+ due the nature of serving alcohol
- Full preferably clean, driving licence
- The ability to demonstrate our company values at all times, FUN,FAMILY & FRIENDLY

**Important Information**
- Applicants must be able to produce right to work documentation.
- Successful applicants will also be required to undertake a basic DBS check and DVLA licence check.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 9 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £11.45 per hour

- Weekend availability
