**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of hospitality, from serving food and beverages to maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards.
- Assist in food preparation as required, adhering to hygiene regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations for billing purposes.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure all guests receive prompt attention.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred, but not essential.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to provide outstanding guest services with a focus on hospitality.
- A keen attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
